I really don't quite know how to describe that pink panel . . . basically, it's Ghost looking at him without sneering at him, but she's sneering at him cuz she likes him and is trying to do the opposite and pretend she doesn't like him . . . Of course, she thinks that by looking at him without pulling a mean face automatically means that he knows how she feels, and that's not really the case . . .

Maybe it's confusing, but I've seen it happen before, so it's a regular thing in human life . . . some weird way girls try to get attention. Please don't ask me why, I'm not like that.
